2. Cargo Handling & Reception

Our team takes custody of your freight from the moment the loading manifest is signed. We're proud of our record. Goods must be packed appropriately for the mode of transit requested. PENN TRANSPORT & WAREHOUSE CORPORATION reserves the right to refuse cargo that poses a safety hazard to our operators or other client consignments in a consolidated load.

• Hazardous material must be declared via MSDS documentation.
• Claim notifications for visible damage must be recorded within 24 hours.

3. Warehousing Conditions

Our OAKS 19456- PA facility operates under dry-storage standards. Storage fees are calculated on a weekly basis unless otherwise specified in your service level agreement. We don't just store; we manage. Detailed inventory reports are provided monthly. Please note that insurance for goods in storage remains the responsibility of the client unless a specific premium-add-on is executed in writing.
